My experience at this office was perfect!!! I am generally scared of the dentist but Dr.Reid & her staff made me feel so welcomed & comfortable. They took great care of me, & I had little to no pain after surgery. I 100% recommend this place if you need your teeth pulled

I had a great experience at this oral surgery office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The office was clean and well-organized, and everything ran smoothly. I especially want to thank Nancy, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to explain things clearly and made the whole experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional and supportive dental team.

I’ve been nervous and scared out of my mind for years and months to get some wisdom teeth removed that have been giving me issues, and when I found Dr. Reid’s office I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The environment is cozy and everyone is nice and reassuring. Easy to get an appointment once you do actually get in touch with the office. After procrastinating to book my appointment for a regular and partial bony impaction I finally made an appointment and followed through with it. The best part is that I did it all while AWAKE and Dr. Reid and her team made it so that I was relaxed, comfortable, and didn’t feel or care about a thing during the procedure. I had my wisdom teeth removed about 8 days ago and I’ve called 3 times since then because I’m 100% sure I’m having complications. Now here’s a little back story. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, one of them was very deep in my bone so they had to do more tugging to get it out. Fast forward to day 5 and my top wisdom tooth had a huge lump on it, I don’t feel or see my stitches. I have a foul taste in my mouth so I called. I was told that it is “normal” for that to happen. Called again… was told again it’s normal. Called one last time and left 3 voicemails because no one has picked up the phone since my 2nd call. And I have yet to receive a call back and tbh if I did they’ll just tell me “it’s normal”. I’m about to head to the hospital now because I most definitely has an infection and they
