Eycon Fort Washington

We recently visited Dr. Nathaniel McKay, OD in the Ft. Washington, MD office for an eye exam needed to renew our driver’s licenses. Since my husband had LASIK four years ago, we also needed a doctor’s letter for the renewal process. We arrived right at 8 a.m., and Dr. McKay was ready to see us immediately. He provided a thorough exam, explained everything clearly, and made the process very smooth. Dr. McKay is friendly, professional, and attentive—definitely a great addition as a newer doctor in this community. The front desk staff, Nouvo (pardon me if I misspelled her name), was also excellent—warm, efficient, and quick with the paperwork. It was one of the best doctors visits I have had in a long time. He took his time explaining everything and asking questions. The staff is amazing and accommodating. Overall it reminded me of old school medicine

My first visit to the newly opened Fort Washington, MD Eycon office was a wonderful experience. I found all staff friendly, professional, and courteous. Although I did not have an appointment with Dr. McKay that day, he happened to come into the waiting room while I was there and he was so engaging and welcoming. Most of my visit was with the Optical Director, Alan, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and quite helpful. I called the office recently, thinking that Dr. McKay might be able to help me, but instead, he referred me to an opthalmalogist. I called the opthalmalogist and informed the office that Dr. McKay recommended I see the doctor. The office got me in that day, and the doctor, Dr. Rivers, was very familiar with my problem.
