CVS Pharmacy

Today at the store, there was only one cashier. A young worker was doing his best to assist 10 customers. He called the manager on duty for help, but she was on her cell phone and only helped one customer before leaving the cashier to handle two lines of customers alone. I have seen this manager on her cell phone before while 1 cashier struggles to assist customers. I am writing this because I overheard three customers express what I was thinking. A manager should be able to assist employees, especially when lines are long. Kudos to the young men trying their hardest to help all customers at once.

I hate going to this CVS. The only reason I go here is because it's 5minutes from my house. Pharmacy personnel are rude, impatient, and very unprofessional. The drive thru line used to stay closed but they finally started allowing customers. I've gone to the Target CVS and they have excellent customer service but they're 30 minutes away. I go to this one when I absolutely have no other choice. I twisted my ankle, couldn't walk around the store, unfortunately I had to go here.

this cvs is the worst. each and every time there is a longggg wait through the drive thru. They need to hire more people. and the staff are slow and delayed you will wait at least 10 minutes after the car in front of you drives off. It's a terrible cvs pharmacy drive thru. I'm changing my prescription's location immediately I have had enough.

They didn't have my prescription in stock, but went ahead and billed my insurance (...). Then they told my insurance I had picked it up (no), then when they couldn't back that up, they told my insurance rep they "didn't know how to back that out of the system". Meanwhile I can't fill my prescription at a different pharmacy (huh, how about that) and I'm having bad health effects of no medication. All the while that money's in their pocket for delivering what they didn't have to deliver that I don't have. I'm not saying it's crooked, but even fumbling ho-hum-whatevs can leave people without their medicine they need. Not ok.

My doctor asked me to send her my blood pressure readings, so I went to the nearest pharmacy and had an unpleasant experience today. I used the automated machine for literally two minutes to check my blood pressure twice instead of once. Imagine my surprise when an elderly, rude woman, who couldn't wait five seconds, practically sent me away, claiming the pharmacy door needed to be closed immediately. I felt insulted and disrespected, because I didn't even ask for help and had already finished using the machine. It's a shame that such staff and service still exist. I would also like to thank the manager of this pharmacy, as he is always polite and helpful.
