Forest Health and Rehab

My father was here for almost 5 weeks for rehab after a fall and I can’t say enough about this facility. All of the staff was kind, patient and supportive. The therapists were all wonderful and you had therapy every weekday as promised. The nursing staff was stellar and we will miss them all, but I have to mention Bianca who is exceptional. I also want to mention the front office staff, activities director, the transportation department, and the cafeteria staff all of whom are helpful, considerate, and hardworking. He was in another facility earlier this year and there was no comparison between the two. No place is perfect, but for us, Forest Health and Rehab is the best. I shed a few tears when we left today and dad and I are already planning a visit. Thank you all for your dedication

Forest Health and Rehab was a very pleasant experience during a stressful time. When I first walked up to and into the facility was great. The patio out front to the reception area was welcoming and calming. From the support staff, the nurses, and PT were friendly, welcoming, patient, kind, and so hard working, and loving. The nurses and pt that took care of my husband were just great, caring, loving, not just toward my husband but to me as well. The whole environment was refreshing and comforting. Thank you for such a great staff.

Forrest Health and rehab is a wonderful place to be if you're thinking of a nursing home. I was there for rehab and they are awesome. When I went I couldn't walk but I'm leaving walking. The physical therapist that I had Tanisha is wonderful . She pushes you to do the work but in a nice way She is awesome. If you have to go there for PT ask for her she is the bomb. All the staff there is very nice and I mean all staff Go to Forest Health and Rehab if you need rehab or a nursing home.

We were very lucky to find such a caring facility for my father. He had two excellent nurses, Ameka aka Meek and Tina. Meek was very patient with my father and helped him with his morning routine. Tina helped sort an appointment and was excellent keeping us informed. I would definitely recommend to others.

Forest Health & Rehab is everything I expected it to be. It is clean, bright & appears to be fully staffed. They offer therapy & most importantly in house dialysis. The employees are friendly, caring, compassionate & welcoming from the first day. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for somewhere to place a loved one or even for themselves. Knowing that they will be given the best of care.
