Jan. 2024 The business practices of Forefront Derm - Hormone Specialty, this company is inept and repugnant. We set up an auto pay through our financial institution. We have proof of the receipt that was emailed to the billing department. They did not receive it. We did not get a credit, and we spent over a years time sending them all the documents that they required! FF still will not give us the $50 credit and now they are sending us harassment notifications about Collections. We have referred this matter to our attorney, now it’s their turn to pay us. What else are you supposed to do but provide written documented proof that you’re $50 transaction was electronically sent via your financial institution. We cannot be responsible for what happens on the other end. $340 -$50 is $29

I have been coming here for 40 plus years and have had the very best care . Dr Walker is one of the best doctor and person i have known. The staff is second to none . Everyone are so helpful. KDB

They're very professional but still have a caring attitude. Waiting room time is very short.

They treat you like a small child which is very condescending and disgusting. The final straw was when the doctor and the nurse practitioner ganged up on me and tried to force me into taking biologics. I never went back after that.

Dr Walker is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
