When I called this office to schedule an appointment I was reassured that what I needed was a simple procedure that could be done in few minutes that day. When I arrived, I was called back to see Dr. Chad Stocker. He did not examine me or anything. He looked at his notes, apologized and said that there was a scheduling conflict and he did not have time to do the procedure that day and told me to reschedule. No services were rendered that day but I got a bill in the mail and was charged for a visit. I called his office hoping the situation could be easily resolved as I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just an honest mistake but they are refusing to reverse the charge. Do NOT accept anything from Victoria Morris APN. I came in for poison ivy and the pills she gave me made it MUCH worse. 0/5 stars. The nurses are cool though 👍
