I really love Mary and the new Stacy was awesome I saw a new provider, but unfortunately I don’t remember her name and there was a new other lady with the provider that had really long black hair. Both of those are new to the Hampton Cunningham location and I love them very much. They’re explanation and chair side manners was exceptional.

I am writing to formally document a complaint regarding a front desk agent in the scheduling department whom I spoke with on January 15 at approximately 8:45 a.m. I’m not sure of her name but she spoke with a foreign accent. During this call, the agent was argumentative, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was intentionally transferred to a voicemail rather than being properly escalated. I made multiple attempts to elevate this concern and did not receive follow-up, which I believe is due to my calls not being accurately transferred to upper management. Additionally, the agent questioned why I did not mention my child’s name at the beginning of the call, despite the fact that I had already done so. This line of questioning was inappropriate and

I am currently looking for a new dermatologist, and many offices are not accepting new patients. When I called this office, I was told they are accepting new patients, which made me hopeful. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly. The person who answered the phone was rude and argumentative. She asked about my insurance and then questioned whether it was through an employer, the marketplace, or Medicaid. When I explained that it was an individual plan, she insisted that this was not possible and began arguing with me rather than listening or clarifying. This interaction was unprofessional and discouraging. First impressions matter, and based on this phone call, I chose not to move forward with this office. Love them, soo much. They have addressed all my concerns, check in was quick and easy. I was a tab bit late for my appointment but called ahead of time & they were understanding. They made some adjustments to see me (since the schedule allowed them to). My appointment wasn’t too long , they gave me a great selection of samples to try out to help with my conditions. I will be returning & spreading the word to my family & friends. Thank you all!

Yesterday was my first time there and both doctor and nurse made me feel very comfortable. They did exactly what i was hoping for, they got right to work took skin samples to send off to lab to get to the root of the problem. Something the other dermatologist didn't do before just putting me on meds. I left feeling good about the whole appointment and felt im in good hands.
