The office was clean and directions was clear to follow. The doctors nurse greeted me with a smile and a very friendly attitude. Dr Johnson was friendly and very professional with a lot of knowledge of her profession. I definitely will come again!

The first visit was frustrating, as the provider made me feel as though I was driving the visit and offering more suggestions than she did. I left the appointment feeling uncertain about the process and next steps. At my follow-up appointment, my provider changed my dose but did not update the refill with the pharmacy. When this error was brought to the office’s attention, the prescription was reissued without reflecting the dose change so that my insurance would allow it to be filled. When I called again for clarification, I was advised by office staff to obtain the same medication through a virtual dermatologist because it was inexpensive and would hold me over until I could see my doctor.
