I liked my first experience at this office. However, I on a follow up to a $1500.00 laser procedure there were some areas on the outskirts that the Dr. Kent missed. I was sure he would retouch the small areas. Wow, I was extremely disappointed when he told me it would be another $1500.00. Wow! I know plastic surgeons that take care of you better on a follow up. Extremely disappointed!!

Good morning, The lady in front desk did not allow me to see the doctor until I pay $20 copay. I told her went to the link to pay it online and there was an option pay later and I chose it. She said you have to pay to see the doctor. I will report that bad treatment. I have full insurance coverage with AETNA. And you guys should treat your patients with a good treatment. I came to a doctor office not to a car dealer.

I always dread going to have my skin checked because you never know when they might deliver bad news. Then I get into this office and always have a great experience. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and smile so big that I can see it through their masks. This puts you at ease immediately. They run a tight ship so if you show up on time you will never wait long to be seen. I've been dealing with Jessica Joyce for years and she is a wonderful care provider. She is thorough and efficient, gives simple explanations, and offers clear directives. Can't ask for more. Great experience!

Warm welcome and nice and clean facility. Great nurse with great communication skills. My doctor was also amazing in commenting every step we were going through, even during the small procedure that was undertaken. I strongly recommend this practice for the competencies and the human qualities. Thank you.
