I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jonathan Richards. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment. It is rare to find a doctor these days who combines a high level of expertise and true empathy. I highly recommend Dr. Richards to anyone looking for exceptional, attentive foot care.

FootDrX is amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease. The doctor has a phenomenal bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. They listened carefully to what was going on explained things in a way that actually made sense and got the problem taken care of quickly. I left feeling relieved and really grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend.

Dr. S. Richards has great bedside manner. This is probably more of a universal podiatrist problem, but I'm a bit irked that I was charged $300 for a walking boot that I would have been able to get on Amazon for < $100. It would have been nice if Dr. gave me a heads up on that. Besides this, treatment was good.

I had a bad experience with Dr Richard’s. I came into the office and told the reception that I did not have a problem with my foot but instead a problem with my upper right side spine and scapula. I asked the receptionist to first speak to him to confirm that I was at the right type of doctor and that he could offer me some help. She spoke with the doctor and told me that he would like to see me. He spent 90 seconds with me and told me that I did not have a problem with my feet (which I already knew) and then gave me the name of a back doctor that could help me. He told me that he only deals with the ankle down. He should not have taken the appointment as I was very clear about what my issue was and what I needed help with. My insurance company and I are now having to report this fraudulen

I went to see Dr Richards after having a very frustrating experience with a podiatrist at a major NYC hospital. Dr. Richards quickly and successfully treated my foot problem and I am now pain free. He listened to my concerns and he thoughtfully explained my options. He Is caring, explains things well and Is knowledgeable. I never waited for more than a minute for any of my appointments which is remarkable. The front desk staff was friendly, warm, and competent. I highly recommend Dr. Richards.
