Phenomenal experience with Dr. Schara. Highly recommend them.
Great caring and detail. Very friendly staff
Took my elderly mother to the Herkimer office. Appointment was 8:30. We were greeted politely by the receptionist and escorted to an exam room. Dr. Schara appeared within minutes and INTRODUCED herself. (This has not been our experience with multiple providers recently). Dr. Schara examined my mom, provided her appropriate treatment and scheduled a follow up appointment covered by insurance. We were back on the road at 8:45. Highly recommend!
My 86 year old mom went here. She walked in with a mask, as she is immune compromised. Dr. Mungari said to her NOONE IS DYING FROM COVID ANYMORE. You don’t need to wear a mask. Another visit. My mom who is on warfarin (blood thinner) Dr Mingari cut my mom. She explained to him she is on Warfarin, he said DON’T WORRY YOU WON’T BLEED TO DEATH! Excuse me Dr. But yes she can bleed to death! I will not allow my mother to take this abuse! Never going back!!!
