The entire staff is warm, courteous and accommodating. Dr. Levenson is exactly the kind of surgeon you’d want handling a complicated 6 procedure surgery like I needed. His calm, knowledgeable demeanor was beyond helpful and made all the difference. 10-10 I highly recommend this practice!!

Dr Jack Leveson charged thousands to my insurance and billed me over $250 for a simple nail diagnosis. His reception team change the cost of copay and decide randomly that he is a specialist and will cost more. He will request you come in for results and charge you to do so. The office is a joke and the receptionist are bots.

Dr. Alencherry is so knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I've seen him over the years and will continue. Office staff is also nice & professional and the office is clean & pretty.

I visit FAASNY's Greenwich Village office for routine appointmenrs every three months because I have Type 2 Diabetes. The podiatrist I see, Dr. Jack Levenson, is always warm, careful and thorough, and I'm glad he's one of my physicians. His staff is equally as friendly, as well as responsive to my needs.
