Food City Pharmacy

Pharmacist made eye contact with me and straight ignored me for 10 whole minutes. I kept coughing and making noise to get their attention but they continued to ignore me. Finally I had to shout “excuse me”. She says “oh I didn’t see you there” after making eye contact with me a couple of times. Another time I came in on Saturday, and they closed 10 minutes early. I couldn’t get my meds until Monday evening because someone wanted to go home early. There’s too many pharmacies in town to be treated so poorly. I found a pharmacy closer to home anyway. I had to move my scripts to Walgreens because food City didn't have them half of the time and sometimes I would have to go without my meds. Never again will I go back there. They are rude and don't care about the customer weather if they have their meds or not.

I had to call back on Monday because my prescription wasn’t ready yet, and just as soon as I told them my name, they said they’d have it ready in just a few minutes. They had made a note Friday. Yay. Great service!

Not like it used to be since Ryan left. I hate doing it, I've been with Food City Pikeville and Prestonsburg for like 11 yrs, but I have decided to switch to a different Pharmacy. Ryan was awesome, we never had trouble getting our meds, he was happy to help.

The pharmacy used to be very good. There not organized, there slow then they tell you that you have to come back tomorrow. Because they don't have all your medicine. Poor management.
