Pharmacy manager Joseph Spada went above and beyond my expectations in helping me get my medications and insurance complications figured out. I transferred my medications and insurance from out of state with issues that spanned a three month period of time. Joseph doggedly pursued every avenue to resolve the issues. His attitude, kindness and patience is exemplary. In addition, his staff has demonstrated kindness, friendliness and competence. I feel extremely fortunate to have chosen Food City Pharmacy, Cartersville, for my medications and vaccinations.

There are a few associates in the pharmacy that are super rude and even make up lies. One blonde pharmacist that was argumentative with me. She wouldn’t fill my medications until one day after I finished them so I went one day with out my meds. She yelled across the counter I mean she is vicious. I wouldn’t suggest my dog go there. Smh of you don’t like your job, why work there????

I am so happy to be a pharmacy customer here. For over 20 years I had used Kroger and I have never been happier to have a new pharmacy at Food City! It’s not only convenient but the people are so nice there and happy to help with issues.

There's been some kind of issue every time. I'm not impressed. I may end up switching back to a more reliable pharmacy even though Food City pharmacy is much closer to my house. EDIT: Drastic improvement! 🤩 Could have been just because they were newly opened and getting everything in gear.
