Folline Vision Centers

Nice selection of glasses to choose from in various styles, more so than other places. Just be absolutely sure you like what you are purchasing since they do not allow returns. They also have their security tags right over the measurements on the frame arm. I was told this was so people don't know the model/measurements and try to find them cheaper elsewhere like online. After I learned of that fact, I left since I felt like they was no point in looking anymore. This is true for all of their locations so luckily I found this out before I visited the other two locations and saved myself the gas!

This is best eye care I ever been to. My vision with eyeglasses is 20/20 and I can see real good. I'm sending my whole family there because I want them to be able to see as good as me. I found a pot of gold and I'm sharing it with everyone. Go to this eye doctor and you will get what your pay for and need. That's good vision.

I have been a customer of Folline since the early 90’s. Perfect is the overall description in my opinion. Service is second to none, pricing very reasonable and the optometrist is excellent. The last prescription I received made night and day difference in my vision.

Outside sign says walk in welcome. Had a few pairs of glasses I liked, but I want my family to see them and see if they look ok on me. not allowed to just take a photo of them on me. After I left the store - I called back to ask the size of the ones I liked and was told they couldn't give me any info. Must not want to sell anything too badly!!!

Decent selection of frames, but the service, billing and operation is not satisfactory - It feels like 1980. I received the wrong prescription, was given progressive Rx when i specifically said I did not want that, came to get my glasses and htey were for long distance only when all I needed was reading, got a new set of lenses a week later that still do not work as I would like. When I asked for copies of my visit records, Rx and billing breakdown I had to wait while someone hand wrote / typed a copy of what I was asking for off of information from an index card because they have no electronic filing or billing. . . . I still am not 100% sure I wasn't charged extra for progressive lenses because the invoice isn't very detailed - it's just whatever they type into an excel sheet. None of th
