Flow Massage & Movement

I've never had a massage before but my Dr recommended I get them. Kathy was fantastic about explaining the process and very patient and understanding when listening to me. After the appointment, my body felt so much better. She also gave me at home tips to keep up the self care and make sure that my body continues to feel this way. I am so grateful to have found Flow Massage & Movement. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Kathy is by far one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to. I have had deep tissue, Thai massage, reflexology, and cupping treatments. She has a deep intuitive level of understanding of the human body. If you are in Maine, she is if worth the drive wherever you are. If outside Maine, I recommend a flight here.
