Most recently, I had the privilege of experiencing her Abdominal Massage at 36 weeks pregnant and again at 40 weeks. It was incredible. I genuinely believe her expertise helped me continue to feel comfortable and functional all the way up to my due date. I have seen Rikki for almost 3 years now, and in the last 2 years we have focused on her abdominal therapy skills as I’ve had two babies since meeting with her(I was 6 months postpartum from my first when I first met Rikki). Rikki is truly talented and passionate about the body and helping her patients gain the most from her visits. Not only are the hour sessions extremely relaxing, especially in the last few weeks of pregnancy, but also helps relax and prepare your body for labor. The techniques she uses throughout pregnancy is very specific, I always left me appointments feeling like my belly expanded, giving baby more room, which I believe it was because she worked all the right muscles/tendons. I recommend every pregnant woman to give Abdominal Therapy a chance.

I started seeing Rikki over 5 years ago and have been getting massages every other week since my first visit. She is able to feel which parts of my body need more attention when I don’t have any specific areas of concern. I’ve also gotten abdominal massage for help with menstrual cramping and it has really helped!

Excellent massage therapist who is thoughtful, respectful, and thorough. She takes the time to hear what hurts or is uncomfortable and does her utmost to alleviate the problem. Is mindful about how much pressure to use and adjusts when requested. I’ve seen a handful of massage therapists over the years and, while they have all been good, I swear by this practitioner and refer friends to her.
