Grand Haven Foot & Ankle

After enduring an ingrown toenail for about 20 years, I decided to look for a foot doctor and chose GH Foot and Ankle. I was greeted warmly by 'Mary' at the front desk, filled out a quick form and then led to a room where I explained the issue I was having with my toe to 'Stacy'. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Lyons came in and examined my foot, clearly explained what she would do and how it would help alleviate the pain. I felt an immediate level of trust with Dr. Lyons due to her knowledge and confidence to help me. I'm glad I trusted her as it's been 4 weeks and it has healed exactly like she said it would and I have had absolutely no pain or issues since the procedure. The person that discusses braces and inserts with you is great! He is the reason why I gave this 3 stars. I was disappointed with my visit overall though. The doctor wasn't thorough in checking for the possible issues I've been having with my feet. Two recommendations were made (to use at the same time) that contradicted each other. I went with the one that made the most sense. So far, that option is helping, which is a plus. Overall, I will be seeking care elsewhere next time I have an issue.

Dr Robbi is very very good. Not only knowledgeable she has the disposition and bedside manner to make you comfortable with any procedure. You dont find that much anymore with all the Dr's. in the corporate rat race treating you like a number.

Very pleased with pre operation explanation, the procedure was great, and all staff were great as well. I’ll come to this office for future needs- if applicable.

Great place to visit, especially if you have a problem with your feet or ankles! I have late appointments, so I bring bags of peanuts for them knowing it is late in the day and they may be hungry. It gets them through to dinner!
