Modern Family Dental of Grand Haven

The staff members at modern family dental were so nice and inviting. My mom and I went in to have our first initial visits with the office. The staff went out of their way to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and they gave us a detailed plan for our course of treatments. My mom has always suffered with anxiety about going to the dentist, but modern family did everything they could to calm her nerves and provide her with a pleasant experience! I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the modern family dental community!

We absolutely love MFD!!! We started seeing Dr. S a year ago when we moved to Grand Haven. So far she fixed a broken tooth and an old filling of mine that fell out unexpectedly . They got me in immediately, thoroughly discussed my options and pricing, and expeditiously repaired my issues. My two toddlers also see her and their office is INCREDIBLE with children. My kids felt so comfortable there and so welcome! We love Dr. S and her whole staff. Their office is always so clean and everything they use is the newest technology! Definitely recommend!!!!

The 1hr10m drive to go to Modern Family Dental is worth every minute! I’ve always had a fear of dentists, but not anymore! They are all so welcoming and comforting. They always make sure you’re comfortable and explain everything in detail. Dr. S and Charity are absolutely wonderful! I’ve never felt more safe in a dental chair. Plus their office is beautiful and so so clean.

Before I started going to Modern Family Dental I was so afraid of the dentist due to my old dentist that I had not gone in years. On my first appointment I let them know how nervous I was and how scared I am of the dentist. I felt so heard and they did everything to help me feel SO comfortable and they took how I was feeling into consideration with everything they do! I recently just finished my long teeth journey and I’m so happy with my results and I highly recommend them to everyone. With my teeth health journey being long, Dr. Szymanski was able to break it down for me and help me understand what I needed to prioritize to get to our goal. After not going to the dentist for quite some time due to lack of insurance and some fear and anxiety about going, I found Modern Family Dental. Myself, my husband, and my toddler have all gone, and I have to say I have been very pleased so far. I love how all of the steps of each process are explained, the thorough recommendations for home care, and how transparent they are with the financial side of things. I was diagnosed with some complicated dental issues but now I feel like I’m on the way to getting them stabilized thanks to Modern Family Dental. I feel like everyone I’ve met on their staff so far has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to minimize any discomfort I might have during treatments.
