Great pharmacy and people! They really helped me today and I really appreciate it! Definitely recommend!!!!

My first experience with these lovely people was when I was on hospice. The had and delivered all of my medicines promptly and charged me very little if at all. They did this for well over a year. They still treat me just as well now that I’m off hospice and taking care of things myself. I count them as part of the team of miracle workers that saved my life. We are so lucky to have them.

My experience with Five Points Pharmacy commenced positively, with prompt service and a seemingly caring attitude, which led to my loyalty for approximately eight years. However, I began to notice concerns regarding price fluctuations of certain medications. For instance, the cost of my Mounjaro prescription varied significantly, with some months costing $25 for a month's supply, while others cost $190 for the same supply. I inquired about this discrepancy with one of the employees, who attributed it to fluctuations in insurance coverage and coupon effectiveness. Despite having a coupon, I was informed that it did not provide the same level of coverage as it had previously. This resulted in inconsistent costs, with some months being unaffordable.
