CareConnect Convenient Care, Fort Valley

Very disappointed, front office staff very pleasant, but other then that very disappointed in the bed side manor of, I don't know is she was a provider or a nurse but very rude. Was extremely rude to my husband, would not let him take his step children to the Dr, even though he has permission and he is on the paper work to do so. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with careconnect in fort valley, and it's always the providers, the front office staff is always so nice, and the providers are just extremely rude, they like to try and change up my medication everytime I go in there, and have completely taken me off medications, they have misdiagnosed me with diabetes in the past, and I don't have diabetes, gave me metphormin and insulin, to where it has resulted in me seeking

I have been coming to Care Connect and have had many different providers for 2 years. But NONE of them compare to Dr. Renee Bailey, NP. All my previous providers never reviewed lab work, got to know me etc like Dr. Bailey. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and makes sure I know what is going on as far as my plan of care. She ask for my input, thought etc. She shows what it means to put patients first. Also, there's a young gal with short black hair and glasses at the front desk, I don't know her name, but she's also so amazing! Always greeting me by name even though I've only had 2 appointments at this location. Amazing job, Care Connect Fort Valley!

Ms. Regina I want to give a big thank you to Nurse Regina for her exceptional care and compassion. From the moment she walked into the room, she made me feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly warm and kind. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond the way she did. Regina, your presence made a difficult time so much easier, and I’m truly grateful. You are a true blessing to your patients!

I had a great time with ms.bailey. She most definitely knew how to keep a smile on my face.

My experience at the Care Connect Fort Valley location has been superb. I have had several interactions with Nikki and they have been such pleasurable experiences. The front desk staff is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Thank you Emily, Katelyn, Jenny, Riley, and La La! :)
