Eyesight Associates

Walked in the office all three associates were on their phones. Did not try to put their phones down while checking in. I was referred by my primary provider. Will tell him to never send any one to this office.

Had 6 month post cataract surgery checkup. Everyone was very friendly and Dr Schneider was so kind.

I used to drive 30 mins to come here and stopped because of their attitude. I didn’t come here for about 5 years. I said I’ll give them another chance and started coming back and it hasn’t changed. They messed up my appointment time. I waited for 30 mins and asked if I was being seen. The lady stated my appointment was an hour later and she thought someone had told me. After conversing back and forth, she stated oh it’s actually 2 hours later than what she originally stated. I told her that I would not have scheduled myself for the time because I had to work. They don’t care and are very rude.

Usually this is a great place to go, but this time it was very unprofessional, it seems as if they didn't want to do their job, appointment times were mixed up, and myself and other patients were being rushed and forced to do reschedule appointments. I will just continue my service in Warner Robins

The lady that answer the phone was very rude n unprofessional she rush me off the phone then hung up in my face before I got done talking! If you don't want to do the job why apply for it
