My husband and I have been going to Dr. Fitts for many years. He is always very professional, kind and he cares about his patients. Dr. Fitts always monitors how you are doing during any procedure. He always explains very well what treatment is needed. The staff is always excellent. I had an appointment today. When my husband and I were ready to leave our car battery had died. Dr. Fitts was kind enough to come out and provide a jump start for us. We appreciate how he went above and beyond to help us!

Great at what they do! I initially tried out Dr. Fitts' office last year. I was looking for a dentist close to home that was more conducive to my work schedule. Since then, I have moved my entire family over to his office. The staff is always very polite, professional and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. Dr. Fitts is amazing! He is always concerned about his patients, ensuring that any questions or concerns that we have are addressed. Follow-up appointments and/or referrals are also always provided before you check-out. I am extremely happy with my choice in Dr. Fitts and his team to care for the dental needs of my family.

Had an appointment this morning. First time, check in was easy, the paperwork was not overwhelmingly repetitive and the receptionist friendly. The hygienist was excellent. She walked me thru every step she was taking, made sure I was comfortable and alleviated all my concerns. Did my X-rays and cleaning while ensuring that I was comfortable with the total process. Dr. Fitts, was easy to talk to, explained why he was repeating an X-ray and then showed me the pictures and explained what could [not would) happen. Left my appointment with clean teeth and happy dental experience.

I scheduled two appointments with this dental office. The lady that answers the phone is very rude. I eventually canceled the appointments. She typed the wrong phone number down. So we couldn’t confirm the appointment. How is this my mistake??? She proceeded to tell me that shouldn’t couldn’t verify my insurance without a ssn. Why not? Other dental offices could. I wasn’t going to give it to her because my husband’s company uses employee Ids numbers because of identity theft. I have no time for rudeness and then you want my money…not happening!

This was our first visit to Dr. Fitts practice and we were very impressed! The staff was warm and inviting. Our hygienist and Dr. Fitts were professional, thorough and answered any questions we had. We did not feel rushed at all. I am very pleased with our experience and will be bringing our whole family to this office. Thank you for a great first visit!
