Walking into the gym is supposed to be simple. You show up, lock in, and focus on improving yourself. That routine got completely disrupted by a pointless interaction that honestly killed the entire session. My friend was wearing slides—nothing wild, nothing dangerous, just slides—and a gym worker decided that was the hill she wanted to die on. Instead of minding her business or handling it in a normal, respectful way, she made a whole situation out of it and forced him to change shoes. What makes it worse is how unnecessary it was. The gym wasn’t crowded, no one was getting hurt, and it didn’t affect her life in any meaningful way. Yet she chose to exert power just to feel important. Excellent facility but they have very limited hours. Reasonably priced. They also have a dress code where they dont allow you to work out in a sports bra so its hard to train for marathon running etc in there, i just get too hot.

They have 3 different pools and a full upstairs with equipment to get any workout you would like and everyone is very friendly

Canceled my membership after one day. The showers are horrible. Some of the showerheads don't work. Showerheads barely move. Water pressure is horrible. Showers aren't very clean. Please replace you shower heads. Is it too much to ask for hand held shower heads? Also, gym machines and equipment are poorly organized and tightly packed so you're like on top of other people while you're working out. These are relatively simple fixes...

I love this place. The gym has every machine for cardio and weights. Endless amount of core equipment, stretching etc. Personal trainers are always around to help or to book a session dedicated to your issues and to help with that. I avail myself of water aerobics, gym and then a smoothie at the cafe.
