dentist office & staff were great, although got a really rude call from the front desk receptionist over a bill i was contacted over maybe two times total. their fault for contacting family members emails over me countless times even though my contact info is updated every appointment. offered to do payment plan and there was no negotiation just an automatic collection threat for a bill way under $500 lol and a big attitude. wont be using again, but when a client is offering a payment plan if you want your money that bad i think you’d be nice and do the legally correct thing of working something out with them instead of demanding a payment right then and there or collections.

Exceptional Dentist and staff - always professional and friendly - would recommend Arpin Dentistry to anyone. Office staff are fantastic at handling insurance issues and can provide you with information about what out of pocket costs will be - no surprises. The whole team really cares about their patients. They listen and answer any questions you have. They want their patients to have a pain free experience and are very attentive to your comfort. The hygienists are wonderful. I have never had a negative experience and have nothing but praise for their entire team.
