This was the closest place I could go to due to my insurance company’s network requirement. I had to wait 5 MONTHS! for my appointment and had to drive an hour to get there. Everything went fine as far as I know and I paid my copay for the hearing test and ordered hearing aids and paid for them. They made an appointment for me to come back and I drove an hour back home again. Four days later I got a call from my insurance company saying Audiology Assoc had told them they were canceling the order and canceling my appointment without any explanation whatsoever. I was totally blindsided and called back to find out what happened. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then said the office mgr would have to call me back. That was 3 days ago and no call back. This is beyond terrible business pr
