Fitness Forward Physical Therapy

I came here after suffering from IT band pain while training for a marathon, and Chris was fantastic! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He really went the extra mile to be sure I was taken care of, including checking in on my progress between visits and being willing to accommodate my schedule. He also works one-on-one with his clients for the entire session, which is unique among physical therapy clinics. I really felt like he was invested in my well-being and committed to helping me reach my goals - highly, highly recommend him!

Chris is great at soft tissue work and always manages to find just the right spot in the muscle to work. He has a good blend of personal and professional humor to motivate you through, and puts up with my snark. He is able to explain body mechanics and/or movement simply. It's not always fun during the session, but I feel a little better after each appointment. Definitely recommend.

I had a severe back injury and had trouble walking or doing simple daily tasks. I continued to re-injure my back and body. Chris taught me how to stretch and strengthen my body properly to protect myself. Chris has been AMAZING! I didn’t know my body could even move like it does now. Chris knows his stuff. He is so thorough, efficient however gentle. I was so worried to start physical therapy and the minute I stepped into the office he put my worries to rest and got me feeling better quick. I have been going to physical therapy the majority of my adult life and have seen many PT's in 3 separate states. I have a bit of a complex health history which has led to chronic, often debilitating pain. All of the places I have done physical therapy have focused the majority of my time there doing exercises and the tens unit. The amount of time the PT would actually spend on me ranged from 5 minutes (happened a couple times) to a max of about 20 minutes. Chris is one of the most professional, caring physical therapist I have ever met. He opened this practice because he wasn't able to find another established office that allowed him to spend more time one on one with his patients which he strongly felt was needed. just now I have been to countless physical therapists in the area and Chris is definitely the best! He gives you a one on one experience that is hard to find. In my experience, physical therapists would just stick me on different machines but Chris does the exact opposite and spends the whole hour with you. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
