FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital - Hoke

There was no wait when I arrived to the ER Department between 8am-9am. They kindly greeted me and took me to a room for treatment. The PA was very nice. He came right over to see how I was feeling and what I was experiencing. The hospital was clean. All the medical staff that had to visit my room, was nice and explained what they were needing to do. I highly recommend this hospital and Emergency Department if you have to go.

I had such a positive experience with everyone during my recent visit. Tara, the nurse who triaged us, was especially outstanding. She was incredibly thorough, helpful, and kind, and she truly radiates positivity. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does which is something that isn’t always easy to find in healthcare facilities. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and validated. She’s exactly the kind of first impression you hope for when walking into a facility. Thank you so much Tara! I hope that you see this.

I walked into the ER at about 2:30. I waited about 10-15 minutes before I was triaged which was wonderful timing to me. I was in so much pain. RN Allesha and PA Bobbie Jones were very patient with me, listened attentively to my concerns and did everything possible to help me with the pain I was having. This was my first time having to be seen in the ER since moving to Fayetteville 10 years ago. Even though CFV IS 10 minutes from my home. I prefer to drive or have someone drive me the 30 minutes to Moore regional hospital. It was absolutely worth it. Thank you to everyone who took part of my care that day including registration, transportation , radiology as well as respiratory therapies (2 women) who did my EKG- I was very impressed . Everyone was absolutely amazing.

Facility was well maintained and staff were friendly. My nurse Tarah was awesome and explained everything to me before she did it. She also helped ease my nerves by joking around with me because I was afraid of needles. The provider listened to my concerns and ordered tests. Overall it was a great experience. I really appreciated my care here.

Unprofessional staff and treatment of patients. My mother arrived to the emergency room between 7-8pm on February 1st, 2026 due to pain following gallbladder removal surgery. The nurse taking her vitals in the beginning of her visit was COMPLETELY unprofessional in both her attitude and delivery of care. She was shaking her head, mumbling under her breath, and being aggressive when she went to check her temperature specifically. Following the placement of the pulse oximeter on her finger, the nurse accused my mother of trying to harm her as she attempted to take it off her finger and place it on the table and proceeded to call security on her. To note, my mother was in extreme pain and was limited in both movement and speech, making it nearly impossible for her to cause any harm to the nur
