First Step Pediatrics

Wicked practice. They are no longer willing to see my healthy 4 month old baby who is fully insured because we refused to vaccinate him so soon.

I have nothing against a pediatric clinic but if will say that I give this place a 1 star because I can’t give less. Had my son sick I couldn’t take him to school and since this is the clinic where he usually goes I thought that if call for an emergency maybe they will check him as they used to but instead was asked to send pictures. I didn’t get an answer and had to call back to check in and see meanwhile my son was feeling worse so at one point I was told that there was only one doctor and couldn’t tell me when I would get the results. I ended up taking my son to urgent care since we had to cancel the service they were supposed to provide because we didn’t get any results for while. Management needs to change here it used to be better but the service is deplorable in this facility

Doctors in this office really care about their patients by taking their time with each individual depending on the cases they have in hand. My daughter is very happy with Dr. Molina and she loves Dr. Almonte. Me and my family are all taking our children and will continue to do it!!

Doctors and nurses are incredible, sweet, and clearly love their jobs. They are wonderful with daughter. The admin is the exact opposite. Surly, rude, and very never available. Whenever I call I have to call back 3 times because no one ever answers the phone. When they do answer the phone they have no interest in helping you. When I said my daughter had a cough one admin said, "And your just NOW calling us." I had been calling for several days at this point. Since our daughter's pediatrician is no longer practicing at this office e we will be looking elsewhere. So I do not currently recommend First Steps Pediatrics.

Everyone at the front desk answering phones is incompetent. I don’t know what’s going on in this office but the management has to change. I’ve been calling every single day this week trying to schedule an appointment for my child and every single day I’m told to call the next day at 9AM. If it’s not at 9AM then it’s at 3PM to speak with a “manager” that apparently doesn’t exist. As a parent worried about the health of their child, to not be able to schedule an appointment with their pediatrician is unacceptable. My child has been coming to this office since he was born and this is the treatment that we are now receiving.
