I wanted a medical evaluation of a sudden strong "cold" before my grandchildren visited. I got an appointment the morning I tried to make one, and Dr. Agarwal and her team gave me a quick and very thorough going-over, eliminating possibilities (strep throat, Covid) that would have kept me from seeing my grandchildren. The quick, very thorough evaluation was exactly what I needed. I am grateful for such good medical care!

Great visit for the first time. Jinkle was calm and patient when I shared details about my health. She asked questions to ensure she understood me correctly. The front desk staff knew a little American Sign Language, which was a bonus.

Horrible bedside manner and a horrible place. I'd rather get sick and be in constant pain than come here again. The woman behind the desk has no manners, shouts your personal info across the room and scoffs and rolls her eyes at you when you check in. It's not even a professional environment with the radio blasting when you walk in. Not a fan. My stomachs been hurting for weeks but I'd rather deal with that than come back here another second.

Unprofessional service. Unprofessional staff. There are way too many options in the area to settle for this practice. My experience here was extremely disappointing. Jinkle Mody began my appointment 30 minutes late and during the then performed an abdominal exam with my jeans still on which made me question the professionalism and thoroughness of the visit. When I asked the receptionist for the meaning of a medical term on my form, she rolled her eyes. Well Excuse me for not knowing the medical term for a period. That level of disrespect is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. The elevator was out of service without a sign and when I mentioned it, staff simply said, “That’s not our problem, it’s the building manager’s.” Overall, the tardiness, lack of courtesy, and poor service made this

Came as a first time patient on Christmas Eve and had the best experience. Kind staff and lovely consideration and interest in my many needs. So excited to have found such a lovely PCP.
