First Aid Urgent Care

On the morning of December 24th, I took my 14 year-old daughter to First Aid Urgent Care in Tujunga. She had a terrible cough and 102.5 degree fever. They brought us into a room, took my daughter’s height and weight, then checked her for the flu. Results came back negative. We waited over an hour for the doctor to arrive. When she finally did, the doctor breezed in, listened to her cough a couple times, then almost instantly diagnosed my daughter with a bad cold going around. She told us Tylenol and rest were the best way to address her sickness, and said it would run its course in the next few days. All follow up questions were immediately (and quite condescendingly) dismissed. We were skeptical, but thought we were receiving diagnosis from an expert, and so went on our way. The followin

I’ve been to this facility and it’s multiple location's multiple times and I have always had a great experience with the medical assistants and physicians. I highly recommend first aid urgent care

I’m so glad I came to this urgent care. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I didn’t have to wait long, and the provider was very thorough and caring. The clinic was clean and organized, and I felt well taken care of.The front desk girls and medical assistant were very caring and professional. They helped me to fill out my paperwork, got my insurance verified within couple minutes. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing quick medical care.

The service I received at First Urgent care by both a male and female receptionist was excellent! They were both very attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly advised that my insurance was accepted, checked me in and was seen in less than 15 minutes from arrival. The doctor (female) was very empathetic, knowledgeable and treated me with dignity and concern! She quickly accessed my condition, ordered a shot for my back pain and provided a prescription to alleviate the pain. Overall, very good service by all at this facility. Nothing negative to say at all. Thank you first urgent care!

my visit at this location today made me very satisfied. the young woman at the front desk got me checked in very quickly and was extremely sweet and polite while listening to my concerns. the medical assistants and physicians also took their time to understand my needs, and got me the care that i needed! i was in and out in less than 30 minutes :) I recommend First Aid urgent care for anyone looking to get quick and efficient medical care!
