Needed a vet quickly as my regular one was booked. I was able to drop off my dog for the vet to look at her. She needed sedation and stitches which were done right away and we were able to pick her up at the end of the day. Vet called with all the information before the procedure. He was very nice and the staff were very friendly. I got emails and follow up phone calls to see how my dog was doing. Very glad I found Big Tujunga Vet Hospital.

I've been bringing my cats and dogs here for over 20 years and Dr. Ancu is an exceptional veterinarian who truly treasures the relationships he builds with his patients. He is incredibly compassionate and thorough, often taking the time to carefully describe every detail of a diagnosis so you feel fully informed. You can tell he genuinely loves animals by the way he treats every pet like his own. While the prices here can be on the higher side, the level of expertise and honest, high-quality care you receive from Dr. Ancu and the staff makes it worth every penny. It’s a relief to have a vet I can trust so completely with my pet's health!

The doctor and staff are very caring. We experienced great care for our two cats above all. We just moved into the area from many months of moving about. Our cats needed attention to get them back to health. The team at Big Tujunga are wonderful and Dr. Ancu made the right diagnoses with both our furry family members.
