I choose this practice because it had pretty decent reviews. After several visits I have become increasingly frustrated by the dismissive and rude receptionist staff. On every visit, except the first, I was immediately told “sit down, we'll be right with you”, before I had the chance to tell her my name or appointment time. Then, she and her colleagues sat around their front office area chitchating about thier weekend plans (or whatever they are flirtatiously talking to each other about). For example, as I write this it is 4:31 & my appointment was at 4:00, and not a thing has be said to me at all other than the command to “sit down” in all that time.
