Financial Assistance Office

The other day I went to get insurance at the business office a rude Dominican worker yells at my father for taking a chair into the office mind you he is old and elderly ontop he didn’t argue back because he was with family and a baby . The lady is in her 30s I believe and should be fired she embrassed my father and said a worker should never talk back in a rude way to patient at all . She needs to be punished for her action.

WHAT a joke. Was told different things by this office then Facilitator said exact opposite. My insurance was delayed, my Doctor was changed by GI Department. Most clerical staff are uncaring, rude, mean, no sense of compassion, and was actually said to me, "If you work for city why are you here." In past was denied access to appointments oncology and surgery Depts cause they could not locate my referrals. Was told "You can not just walk in here." They refused ER referrals to oncology and surgeons. When finally I got to Liver Biopsy Prep room, I was told by Nurse, "I run this In Patient Prep room, what makes you so special?" She said you had to call to make Appt, This being said to me I said I did exactly as the firm said, it did not say for me to call to confirm. They always try to place
