Fernandina Beach Rehab and Nursing Center

A truly nice Nursing Home. First off, it is kept clean. Unlike some facilities, it smells good inside. The floors and walls are kept clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and residents are well cared for. I have visited multiple times and this has been consistent.

I visited my neighbor and while I was there a very pleasant c n a came and was nothing but kind and happy and light up the room with her smile. My patient I was visiting says the food is pretty good minus she does not care for collard greens even when home… nor do I. But honestly the staff was warm and welcoming and I thought the place was great for what we are there trying to do and that is rehab. It takes a special team to assist patients who need care. Thank you for helping my neighbor.

The staff is friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Lethesia! She has been super amazing since trying to get my mother-in-law settled in. I must also include, the facility is very clean! I have been in several homes along this journey and cannot say the same for some of them. We are thankful to have found this place and meet these great people.

Wonderful staff, and volunteers-Christian folks today. My father loves the spiritual and religious interaction on Sundays. I will do more ro attend these services with him in the future!

I didn't come to fix all the problem that I have seem since I've been here, I had a couple of good nurses, and a few cnas that go above and beyond for there residents, Amanda, and the lady with many color her name may be Alex, braids in her hair, and John, the guitarist 🎸 I enjoy his playing. there are a few, and only a cnas ,a few that goes above and beyond McKenzie, jaleshiawoodard,shaquita grant, a few others I want recognition in a later post The rehabilitation department is great, I'm working hair to go home, please increase your staff paiy order to keep the few good ones you have left.
