Amelia Express Care

I grew up here on the island. I’ve lived here for almost 20 years and this is the BEST place in Nassau to go. I’ve known Dr. Jacob Logsdon since I was 16 - he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love that I actually KNOW the doctor and the nurses that are working on me. They provide excellent care, and are extremely kind. They actually listen and provide solutions to problems. I try to recommend this place to anyone. I want to personally thank everyone at Amelia Express Care for always being so kind and dealing with my assortment of issues. You guys are the best!

I had the best experience from start to finish and I will definitely come back any time Im in need of care. The P.A. Alana was exceptional. She listened to all my concerns and was very compassionate while diagnosing me. I was able to get X-Rays in house which is a huge plus. I must say that the sweet lady up front was also amazing and extremely professional. Shonda and Sheree are the two sweetest ladies working in the back and they listen. They both have the absolute best attitudes and even when I was going through something they made me feel better. After my diagnoses I was able to purchase my antibiotics before leaving and I didnt have to wait for a pharmacy. Now I can see why the reviews are so good!

Had such a wonderful experience yesterday. I had to take in my 2 year old daughter and she was not feeling her best and everyone made us feel so welcomed! We were in and out with a diagnosis only 20 minutes after her scheduled time! The woman during the work up even gave her a toy to help make things easier! Would 10/10 recommend!

Best place to go for urgent care! Been coming here for years.. front office is awesome , Nurses are amazing, especially with little ones. Appointments are easy to schedule and all the Doctors are always great. This office is run like extremely efficiently! You can get antibiotics there to which is just super convenient and easy when you’re dragging a sick kid around!

Everyone was friendly and attentive and efficient as I went from front desk to nurses to doctor. They listened! Really listened and doctor Jacob sat, relaxed and really wanted to hear my saga. He also had some humor which calmed my nervous spirit. They all knew I was passing through since I am camping now and going back to New Jersey but they treated me as if I was the only patient and special. The nurses too although they were busy they were interested in me as well as vitals etc. What a great staff and comfortable environment!!! Thank you!
