I walked into Kim’s office with a chronically tight lower back and right hamstring and left with immediate relief! Kim is one of few physical therapists that has the secret sauce. Her expertise in dry needling amongst other modalities is excellent. She thoroughly assessed my ailments and mobility to determine the right course of action. I was also given exercise to do at home. I really appreciate Kim’s personable way along with her efficiency.

I have now had two sessions with Kim, and I would rate her top-notch. At the first session, she spent time trying to understand my issues and needs, and then she went right into working to relieve my pain. At the second session, she focused on my primary issues and helped again with my pain and flexibility. At both sessions, Kim provided helpful exercises for me to do at home. Kim is very knowledgeable and very personable.

I'm so thankful that I found Kimberly. I've been struggling with a tight neck and shoulders that wouldn't get better. I needed help, and she is bringing the relief. With a mix of therapies, my neck and shoulders are moving again and the pain is milder. I now actually forget about my neck sometimes, and my sleep quality has also improved significantly. Her office is cozy, and she's warm and welcoming. I highly recommend.

I had a bad hip requiring a PRP injection, Kim did PT with me and after several visits I was good to go! She designed an at home exercise program to build my hip and my core back up. She’s very professional and I highly recommend her!
