Fernandes Center for Children and Families

We are receiving a few services from the Fernandes center and we’re so thankful for these services. Our son has been here for almost a year and we’ve seen major improvement. The clinicians are very personable with us as well as our son and very good at what they do. They give excellent carry over to do at home and apply to daily activities. It has been a life changing experience for our son, we’re very thankful for our clinicians Megan, Magaly, and Andrea.

We have been coming to the Fernandes center for over a year now. We have experienced both speech and occupational therapy and have gotten an autism diagnosis for our daughter. Everyone we have worked with has been amazing. The front desk staff are friendly and kind. My kids look forward to their services each week. Theresa and Dana treat my children like family and have made so much progress with both of my girls. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for services.

My son has been receiving speech therapy at the Fernandes Center for a few months now. The front desk office staff is friendly and helpful. Theresa, his speech therapist is amazing. She’s very, kind, patient and works very well with my son. We look forward to our weekly appointments with her and highly recommend her.

I've been taking my son here for the last few years and every one has been amazing. I highly recommend going here. My son has grown so much with the help of the staff and its helped our family understand better how he functions as a person. I'm so thankful I was told about this place when my son was struggling with learning and behavior.

We originally came for an autism assessment for our son, took a while to get in but the wait was 110% worth it. We were having behavioral issues with him and they suggested a 12 week program with Ms. Charlene to help him learn more about emotions. Tomorrow is our last appointment, he started as a child who had no idea how to regulate himself and would get mad over us asking if he was okay, he’s leaving as a child who will tell us exactly how he feels and is even starting to add in why he feels how he feels! Ms. Charlene is amazing with children and so helpful with getting parents to see from a toddler point of view better.
