I have mixed feelings about this office. I genuinely like my primary doctor, Dr. Angiel, and reveal no concerns with his care. However, my experiences with the front office and billing department have been extremely frustrating. During one physical appointment, I had a very negative interaction with Dr. Dani. The visit felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it was the first time in my life that I’ve ever walked out of an appointment. My insurance fully covers annual physicals, yet the office attempted to bill the visit as a standard office visit, which carries additional charges. Because of this, I had to contact my insurance company and dispute the claim. Situations like that make it difficult to trust that billing is being handled accurately, and I would strongly recommend that other

This place is great if you don't mind being your own doctor. I had brain MRI, Chest CAT SCAN and mammogram to evaluate pre-existing, serious, known medical issues I have. Its been over a month now and not a call to discuss any of the 3 test results. They get paid to order them but don't really care about your health enough to follow up on the results. I've Googled as much as I could and THINK everything looks stable, but my Dr is not interested enough to bother with the results. I recommend Teledoc over this place.

Most of the Dr's at this location are amazing. The only issue with this office is the Medical receptionist. I've had multiple incidents were they need to send medical documents/records correctly and accordingly which they dont. They don't note conversions which leaves other staff confused. Especially when I myself work in the medical work field this is unacceptable for time sensitive situations. They still haven't even transferred my medical records over to a new Dr, it's been about a month. Just not professional.

Dr Ryan Strom is the best doctor I have ever been to. As a 41 y/o male I have usually just gave up on doctors but actually enjoy coming to see him. He listens and explains every amazingly. I rarely wait enough to annoy me. They nurses and staff have always been super friendly. If I could have a separate rating for communication it would be one star. Besides the many reminders of my appointment, even after I confirm, the communication in the office seems to be lacking.

Not entirely happy with our latest visit! My 18 year old had equilibrium issues so they generously gave us the next available appointment with a random Doctor Available at that time. Heather Manor (whom we love wasn't available). Instead, my daughter was basically accused of drug addiction and being pregnant while menstruating. The recreational drug abuse, pregnancy (while menstruating) and sexual activity questions were asked 3-4 times each (as if the first 3 answers weren't correct). With doctor Dani, it felt more like a police interrogation than a professional health worker solving our dilemma. We were then referred to a PEDIATRIC cardiologist for my legal adult child of 18 years old and had to chase down someone to explain the blood results... We did (strangely) feel vindicated
