I love this pharmacy!! They go out of their way to ensure their customers are taken care. Very knowledgable staff, very friendly and so helpful!!

We needed a med for our dog. Not only did they have it, but they got it ready for us before we got there even though we had never been there before. My son had to wait maybe a couple of minutes because they accidentally spilled a bit of it and had to fill it. They apologized profusely for just a couple of minutes of waiting! Talk about caring about you performance! Very impressed, and we will be back soon for a refill!

I have nothing but good things to say about Fenton Pharmacy! I would give them a 10 if it was available. I live down state in Riverview. I called a pharmacy here looking for a prescription for both my husband and I that my current pharmacy does not have in stock and can't give me any information on when it will be there. I spoke with Adesa (I believe) from Byron Pharmacy who did not have what I was looking for but called around for me and got me in contact with Fenton Pharmacy. She was great to deal with as well. Went above and beyond to help me out! I spoke with Tina yesterday who was beyond friendly and helpful!!! This Pharmacy has the best customer service I have ever received. They process orders efficiently and will make contact with Doctors offices for refills and clarifications for you. They can keep your out of pocket costs down, as well. The ladies know your name when you enter and are fun to talk with. I transferred all my scripts from a national BIG store to support this hometown business and I'm very happy I did. Get my vaccinations there too. Go there. You'll be happy you did.

After years and years of going to a diferent pharmacy, i decided i needed a change. I went. Into Fenton Pharmacy and i liked everyone that works there. The staff is so friendly and always call when my prescriptions are ready. They all have senses of humor and you can have fun with them when you go in there.
