Fenton Dental is a very welcoming and has a professional atmosphere. Dr. Baier is great and really goes above and beyond to make my children and I feel welcome and answers any questions I may have. I really appreciate everyone in the office and will be long time patients for sure. Thank you, John

People are very nice. But they love to take your money. I asked what my treatment would cost, I paid it in 2 payments. Then they came back and said I never paid it. I will never go back. Be careful. I heard from other patient it has happen to them also.

I cannot say enough good things. Just recently switched here for my family, and I could not be happier. Not only are they the kindest, most helpful, and sweet people (literally the whole staff), but they actually listen to you too. Getting work done I warned them how quickly I burn through the numbing injections, and where id normally receive eye rolls and be ignored they made sure I had a pain free experience. First time ever at a dental office I've experienced that. They are truly incredible in every aspect.

I am very sad to post this review. Let me start by saying the dentist came as a great referral from clients at my daughters orthodontist. She seemed to be right what we needed. I had both of my daughters in for annual cleanings. One got the cleaning and one couldn't because she had just had surgery. I then made an appointment. They checked my benefits and said I was good for my free cleaning I get with my dental benefits. The nightmare was after that. They were wrong and proceeded to bill me then harrass me for payment of close to $200. I could have waited on the cleaning until my benefits renewed. But instead I am now out close to $200. I trusted the expertise of the business office to ok my benefits. Bad idea. Now it was my job to find a way to pay for benefits that I've had fo

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Baier is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to Dr. Baier and the entire team. :)
