We adopted our sweet Turtle from the NYC ACC in November. We switched to this vet as they were on the recommended vet list, and offered a free first visit if you adopted from ACC(within a certain timeframe after adoption) So glad we switched vets. We love Dr. Blair. It’s so nice to finally have a vet in NYC who understands cats and clearly loves what she does. She is so caring, informative, humorous, and kind. 10/10!

I brought my cat here twice. The first time went okay. I was a little nervous how they took him out of the room for a lot of the actual exam work, but it seemed fine. The second time, they took my cat to the back room and I heard him howl very loud and I had no idea what was going on - I have had him for 6 years and have never heard him make this noise. They said that he got very anxious with the blood pressure machine, something they had not asked my permission for nor had they performed the first time around. Now, what they will tell you is that this is a "standard procedure" for cats entering the later years of their lives, and I must have approved it due to agreeing to a 'full exam'. But, if that's the case, what's the cutoff? The year prior no, but this time yes? Nothing was disclosed

I’m very grateful for the excellent care that Dr. Blair and her team showed me and my cat today during our visit. The office is absolutely beautiful and so cute. Perfect for cat lovers. I was a ball of anxiety and my cat was not well behaved in the slightest and Dr. Blair and her team helped me and informed me of everything I needed to know. As a first time cat owner I wasn’t sure about a few things and Dr. Blair was very kind and reminded me I’m doing my best. I’m very appreciative and will be back in January for Katiya’s booster shot.

The best vet. Always a really fast and low stress experience, very easy to schedule with, and in my opinion way less stressful than a lot of other vets’ offices for cats. Took my childhood cat here and now take my own cat here, and have always had a great experience and accurate diagnoses

Not corporate! Charming to visit a vet clinic that isn't made with a "cookie-cutter". Since they only see cats, they were comfortable handling my 20 lb big-boy, socially awkward, newly adopted cat. I felt the doctor's advice was helpful.
