Federal Building VA Clinic

Worst experience of my life! I went to the federal building for a C & P. I left needing 3 MRI’s and was told to use my local primary VA provider to schedule them. I drove 60 miles home and went to the local VA to find out they don’t do them and have nothing to do with C & P process. I immediately called the doctor at the federal building and told him the situation and he stated that he only wanted me to do one MRI that way the others he wanted me to go the second floor at the VA hospital that was close by. I confronted the doctor telling him he never told me to go there, now I’m back home. So I used my private health care provider to schedule the MRIs paying all the co pays and partial fees within a week. I called the VA doctor to ask where to send the results and he told I was to late an

Grateful for the VA care. The main issue that’s arisen since the check in system is changed I’m typically signed in late even though early due to a line of veterans with various needs checking in or out. I know why the VA removed the swipe vet card system. Haven’t given thought to a quicker process. Because staff know me at either clinic typically check me in when I’m chilling in a comfy chair. As they catch up. It’s not the staffs fault. It’s a problem with those who discontinued the swipe system contract while adding to the pile of work for the staff. Minus one star for the VA system not the staff or services 😁

The dental office is housed in this building. It is tremendous. State of the art equipment, friendly and courteous staff, and my dentist was very thorough and gave me in depth information about everything going on.

This dental facility is one of the best I have ever been to. They have amazing equipment and doctors as well as great students. HOWEVER, I have been trying to get in for a year and half. The phone goes straight to voicemail, so I left messages with my phone number and last four but never get called back. They did make an appointment for me during this time but did not notify me until the day prior and I could not arrange transportation.

Dentist slipped and sliced my tooth and gum next to the one that I had hurting, side of face hurts and is swollen, no one's getting the phone,so I went there to gripe, probably why he did it, they did the filling decently, gental, but still cut me open when they slipped
