I was nervous about Tuesday's appointment. But once I got there Mary made me feel heard and respected. I so much look forward to seeing Mary every six months even though historically I dread dental appointments. Dr. Duffy was authentic. Real. Honest. I felt so heard and seen. Stacy blew me away. I know I am an older lady who needs reassurance and time taken to explain, but Stacy was patient. I? As heard. She explained everything! And then called me later to let me know what my co-pay would be. Excellent. Incredible. Genuine. Thank you all.

This was my first visit, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff greeted me right away and directed me to the waiting area. Shortly after, a friendly young lady took my X-rays, and then I met Bailey, the hygienist, who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Finnegan Duffy came in and immediately put me at ease with his gentle approach during the examination. He reassured me that I did not need a crown right away and advised me to call if anything changes. This was such a relief because my previous dentist insisted, I needed crowns immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Duffy to anyone looking for a professional, kind, and trustworthy dentist!

Dr. Duffy and Assistant Heather made my first appointment at ICDH (& my first professional dental examination in too many years!) more comfortable, calming and informative than I could have anticpated. In such a short time, they x-rayed & surveyed my teeth and gums, and were able to present them on large screen before me like a virtual World Atlas of my mouth, which they then walked me through in detailed tour to help me get the best perspective on what may need or not need to be done, and where. Their recomendations inspired confidence and relief, and gave me good choices for prioritizing my moves forward with referrals and to services available at ICDH. Thank you!

Got right in with a broken tooth. Cleaning and crown in less than 1/2 day. Perfect fit! Bailey, Heather and doctor Andrew are absolutely excellent. They are friendly, professional and answered every question and concern. I highly recommend this dental care provider.

I’ve been going to Iowa City Dental Health since I was a child (20+ years now). The staff is amazing! Stacy at the front desk is the nicest person. As someone with extreme anxiety during cleanings, Heather has always made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Going to miss Dr. Glen when he leaves but I have high hopes for his son and the new staff. Thank you for all that you do!
