The Office is close to me but, I would rather travel an hour or more for better treatment. They treat you like you're a Drug seeker. I haven't taken pain meds now for more than 6 months. I told the PA Tony that I needed Lidocaine patches for back & knees and a brace. I think that they want you to take advantage of the Insurance. I could pre for the Appointment. The Referral for Physical Therapy, Brace & Muscle relaxer are NON-NARCOTIC. WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO GET THE ITEMS THAT I NEED TO MANAGE MY CARE THAT IS NON-OPIOID RELATED??? I'M TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED. THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE ONLY ONE THAT APPEARS TO BE HELPFUL * PERSONALLY, I WOULD 'NOT' RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION FOR CARE. IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE USE TO DEALING WITH OPIOID-HEADS 😤😤😤

Horrific, Experience;with, That Male P.A. On, 4/27/17. The Staff,in Springlake,are equally,uncaring. Just Eager,to get Insurance Info. Dr.Desai,is Equally Horrifying. The Male P.A. Needs more training; The,P.A. Jerk,& desai are,so Eager; to state,a patient is an Addict or High Risk. Chronic Pain doesn't Deminish. There,are way Better Providers. My Insurance,and Co-Pay were taken. Yet the Jerks Provided nothing, except Lots of Hot Breath& B/S.
