Fayetteville Center for Nursing and Healing

Upon entering the facility I was greeted by Rachel at the reception desk. She not only assisted me with my needs but also went above and beyond making me feel welcomed . I’ll definitely be looking forward to working with Fayetteville Center for Nursing and Healing.

My dad ended up recovering here when he was hospitalized during travel. The staff were very communicative and made it possible for me to be involved in his care from out of state. He was happy with everyone he interacted with from the therapists to the nurses, and all the support staff. The receptionist Rachael was always willing to go above and beyond for me as I coordinated care via the phone.

Huge thanks to Shanna the concierge. She has been there for me from the beginning of my arrival until my departure on tomorrow. She has been a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on. I am really going to miss her. The whole therapy team is amazing and very thorough with getting me back to where I need to be, always friendly. Grace the CNA and Tenika CNA are also amazing and provided me with excellent care. Taheeda has also been very helpful and made sure I received my meds timely today. Social services need to be more attentive to us here. Compassion goes a long way. Deantwantte has always been a helping hand with me. I think the culture has come a long way since I have been here. I really appreciate the care that I continued to receive.

Rachel was very welcoming and extended excellent customer service. She provided help assisting our church group as we sang Christmas carols to the residents.

My mother has been rehabilitating here for over a month now and through her ups and downs these guys have been very helpful to not only her, but also to the rest of our family. After a slow start caused by her 2nd hip replacement, she is now getting a little stronger every day. My mom also has the beginning of Alzheimer, and the nurses seem to go out of their way to keep her comfortable. Caring for a senior is a perpetual learning experience and many things will go wrong. Thank you for the extra mile your staff goes to ensure my mom is receiving quality care and thank you for the way you treat the rest of the family.
