Fast appointment time. I waited no more than 10 minutes after check-in to be seen. Friendly staff put me at ease, definitely a no stress visit. They had my finger glued and wrapped in no time. I believe I was in and out in under an hour. I did appreciate their professional service and will return if I ever need to.

Dr and nurse very nice and helpful. In and out rather fast. Front desk staff not kind at all, seemed like they did not want to be there. Could not be bothered to answer a question before i left. However once past the front the visit was pleasant....as it could be when sick.

The service was very good and very efficient. My one issue was the check-in process-too long. I had already signed in online, at home, but had to do an extensive check in anyway. No fault of the staff just company policy I’m sure. They get a thumbs up!!!

It was terrible. I will never go there again. The rudest people I have ever dealt with. The Medical Assistant was terrible. I asked her a question and she looked at me like I was stupid. Im a retired RN and I would have been fired if I did that. Then while waiting in my room the other girls on a computer doing a weight lids challenge on company time and it was very loud for patients to hear. All-out could here was playing and joking. That was not a business environment. I usually go to my doctor but she was out so I tried this location. The PA came in and said it was viral. I left there and went to my doctor office and the worked me in. Your PA said it was viral. It was not she never checked my ears and my ears. She just came in less then 2 minutes and said it was viral....she didnt even c

If I could have given a zero star, I would save the doctor. Got there at 8 am when they opened the door, was 3rd person in line. The staff at the front dest were short and unfriendly but I overlooked that. I was call back, by the rude medical assistant who didn't introduce herself or even take a second to say good morning, hey, how are you, nothing. I overlooked that too because I just wanted to get in, get my meds and get out and go back home and lay down. I got my vitals checked and was placed in a room, waiting for the doctor to see me. After about an hour of no one coming back to my room, I opened the door and asked the staff in the back what the wait was about seeing as I was the 3rd person called back. Neither of the two even bothered to lift their head in response to my question but
