FastMed Urgent Care

From the time we walked in the door and spoke with the nice young lady at the desk Who made our check in process so easy. We were very impressed with the staff’s caring nature and skilled staff. Nurse Cheryl checked us in. She was great. Doctor Robert was awesome! He took his time Talking with us, Answering our questions and doing our exams. Would not want anyone to be sick, but if needed, I would recommend fast med urgent Care.

I had clogged and a very infected ear. I came to this urgent care because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed the least. The nurse, Suzanne along with dr Shelley, teamed up very well and helped flush out my right ear, however they tried to do the same with the left ear but it was too infected that they prescribed antibiotic drops to help with the infection and pain. Little you know, I’m a few days my infection was almost completely gone as well as my pain. I followed up with the ent, that following week, and everything went super smooth and well. I feel like myself again. I would recommend this place to everyone. This will be my urgent care from now on need be, as I drove 35 minutes to get here. It’s worth the drive.

The 3/5 is for the front desk staff, & their professionalism with dealing with their manager. On the 13th I took a family member and heard the supervisor or manager rudely speaking to staff in a belittling way because of an error that was made. If your staff makes errors you correct them and teach them right not chastise them like their your child in front of patients. No wonder it’s someone different at that desk every time I come . I couldn’t work for a manager or supervisor like that. Other than that I would’ve rated them a 4.

Everyone was extremely nice from reception to my awesome PA. They were very through and compassionate which goes a long way when you are sick and feel so lousy. I was very impressed with the PA!! Her knowledge and bedside manner are second to none!!! Thank you to all of the staff ❤️

Upon entering FastMed I was greeted with a smile and asked how could they help me. Told receptionist my issue and she immediately began taking my information and created a file. Told me to have a seat and once she had finished she brought iPad for me to sign. Not long after I was called to the back and doctor came in and spoke with me and gave her diagnosis and what was to happen next. Afterwards I received a text from FastMed asking me how I was doing and did the meds work for me. I was grateful because it took way less time than going to ou ER.,Kudos to FastMed for a job well done.
