FastMed Urgent Care

This is my first time visiting this walk-in clinic and I can say my experience was definitely a positive one. Getting an appointment was easy and it made walking in nice and smooth. Waiting room is very large and spacious so you don’t feel like you’re sitting on anyone else if anyone else is there. Front desk check-in was great and the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. I’m not sure of the credentials of the person that took me to the room, but she was very thorough and pleasant. The PA that saw me Was also excellent. He listened to my complaints of why I was there and took the time to do a thorough assessment. He provided me with suggested treatment and follow up as needed.

Had to renew CDL Med Card. Very clean facility. Quick and easy... Thank you Evelyn, April, Sharon and Renee. You all are AMAZING!!!

Service was great. Lady at the desk, April, provided exceptional customer service. Only negative thing about the whole experience is that I tested positive for COVID. Thank you FastMed Urgent Care! Doctor was fast and proficient. Very nice as well. They got me in and out within roughly 30 minutes. Brandon

Physician Joshua at the Highpoint, NC location was superb. He was professional, empathetic, thorough, and made sure he went above and beyond for me. The staff made it easy. They were so sweet and kind. I hope that everyone else receives and recognizes this kind of behavior. It’s important, especially when you’re not feeling well. Best Wishes!

Joshua and Sharon were the best! They are the epitome of what healthcare SHOULD be. Joshua has 20+ years of experience in emergency medicine and it shows! As someone who gets panic/anxiety attacks and had one in the office that day, he was able to help me get it under control quickly. Would absolutely recommend this FastMed Urgent Care location!
