FastMed Urgent Care

I generally don't like going to the doctor unless something is really wrong, but I was not feeling well at all. I walked in and had prompt service. Sign in was quick and easy. There were a few people ahead of me so I waited about 25 min. Not bad compared to most places. I voiced my concerns and was diagnosed with my ear infection (which I knew I had, I just needed to verify and get some antibiotics) and was out the door. Everyone had great bedside manners and genuinely cared. Will definitely return if needed again.

Absolutely beautiful service. I’ve been to LOADS of doctors, hospitals, and urgent cares alike, this was the best place ever. They understood me so well, was so quick yet extremely attentive. Dr. Sarah was so so friendly and kind, got me righttttt! Love you guys definitely my #1 in Charlotte

The doctor was good and helpful, but the experience at reception was not pleasant. The receptionist spoke very rudely and was not polite while communicating. I hope the clinic improves customer service at the front desk.

I am very appreciative of the doctors, nurses, and staff who observed and diagnosed my highly painful pilonidal cyst. The doctor was quite kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and resourceful, mentioning all the options available. The nurses were comedic and fairly personable, always so sweet and friendly. I left, despite having not removed much pus from my rectal area, with great satisfaction at what I was taught. Overall, I would recommend this facility to all patients.

The nurse and the nurse practitioner that treated me were wonderful. I was able to get in quickly. My only complaint would be the receptionist, Africa. She is not friendly at all and is not the best customer facing person you could get. She did her job but she needs to work on being pleasant. If it wasn't for her I would give my visit five stars.
